More Raymond photos
Before posting the rest of Leslie Turner's Easy sundays, here are some more Alex Raymond photos from ca. 1949-1950. All sent to me by Ulrich Merkl, author of the new Winsor McCay book "The complete DREAM OF THE RAREBIT FIEND (1904-1913)" (Follow the link to his website.)

The last photo is Mary Martin, the famous Broadway star of Peter Pan, Annie Get Your Gun and Sound of Music. (Also Larry Hagman's mom.) This was probably a publicity bumpf for "South Pacific" which had opened in 1949 or possibly for the Tony award she won in 1950.
