Mickey AND Oswald 1935

This just caught my eyes::

Great, isn't it? So I'm not the only one with that image... but that spoils my plan to give you one.
The Oswald figure is actually reinked from a RIVAL ROMEOS (1928) animation drawing. Mark Kausler has copies of the drawings from the scene in question, and on one of them, Mickey is haphazardly penciled on as well (looks like the layout for the Mickey/Oswald drawing was done right on the Oswald animation art!).

This looks almost like a raspberry from Walt to "Uncle Carl"! Carl Laemmle lost Universal the following year, but maybe he hadn't if Universal had treated Disney and Oswald better?
